What you can raise
You may contact the Grievance Officer about any of the following:
- Commissions and payouts — missing, delayed, or incorrectly calculated earnings, TDS deductions, or bank and UPI transfer failures.
- KYC and verification — rejected PAN submissions, stalled verification, or corrections to your submitted documents.
- Attribution disputes — clicks or conversions on your affiliate link that were not credited to your account.
- Account access — OTP login failures, suspension of your affiliate account, or unauthorised activity.
- Data protection — exercising your rights to access, correct, or delete personal data under the DPDPA 2023.
- Content and conduct — content on the platform that you believe is unlawful, misleading, or violates your rights.
How to file a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer at dhanoji@utsavapp.in from the email or phone number registered on your affiliate account, and include:
- Your full name and registered phone number
- Your affiliate code, if you have one
- A clear description of the issue, with dates and amounts where relevant
- Supporting evidence — screenshots, transaction references, or commission IDs
- The outcome you are seeking
Complaints are logged against a unique ticket number, which is sent to you in the acknowledgement.
Our response timelines
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint, with a ticket number for tracking.
- Resolution within 15 days of receipt, as required by Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021.
- Unlawful content flagged under Rule 3(2)(b) is acted upon within 24 hours of a valid complaint.
- If a complaint requires longer investigation — for example a banking reversal or a tax correction — we will tell you why and give you a revised date before the 15-day window closes.
If you are not satisfied
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within the stated timelines, you may escalate as follows:
- Write to tech@utsavapp.in quoting your original ticket number, for review by our management team.
- For personal data complaints, approach the Data Protection Board of India constituted under the DPDPA, 2023.
- For consumer complaints, use the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or the INGRAM portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- For cyber-related complaints, use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
